I wanted to share with you one recent discovery which I made on the field of food. I've always had a somewhat suspicious attitude towards turkish yogurt and I've mainly considered it to be a side dish for Iskender kebab. A few weeks ago, however, my friend suggested me to mix turkish yogurt with fresh blueberries and try it. And oh boy what a treat it was! For the past few weeks now I've been eating turkish yougurt for both breakfast and evening snack. My favourite is to mix it with blueberry soup and fresh or frozen berries. Hence, I was very pleased the other night when I discovered a dislocated branch of a redcurrant bush lying on the street during my evening walk. The berries where just enough for one bowl of yogurt. Sometimes it doesn't take a lot to make a person happy.
Nii-in. :)
